I used this to begin a 36 hour "yogurt" with bacillus coagulans bacteria. i'm keeping it refrigerated and will last a long time as i can use 2 tablespoons of what i make to make next batch...and so on and so on.

Taste leaves little to be desired
I’m not thrilled with the odd aftertaste and slimy texture . It tastes kind of beefy! It smells slightly of dog food. I’ll go with capsules next time
