Great product and great taste. I take this to help lower my glucose. Not too strong. I added it to my coffee in the morning. I'm not sure if it helped as I found another product that was less in price.

I adore cinnamon. I use this product in so many ways. Sometimes I’ll add it to my tea, chai latte, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.I also read somewhere that flies dislike cinnamon. So, I also put a few drops in my homemade bug spray spritzer when we’re hanging out on the patio.Cinnamon can soothe upset tummies, and one of my friends of Hispanic heritage told me, “of course it does! That’s why all Mexican restaurants serve desserts made with cinnamon.”It has a great flavor, and it smells concentrated. I usually only use a few drops and I get really good strong cinnamon flavor.They carry the same brand at my local health food grocery store, but I get a better deal on Amazon.I like this product. I would recommend it. I am a repeat purchaser.

I will continue to order this. You can tell it is the real thing and not an extract flavoring. Not only is it healthy for you, it is great in coffee or any drink you like to flavor if you like cinnamon, and I do.

Herb Pharm makes excellent tinctures, but this one didn't taste cinnamon-y enough to me. I use a lot of tinctures and was hoping this one would contribute to not only the therapeutic value, but also the taste of my concoctions. The tincture is just OK, not really what I wanted. I'm going with cinnamon oil next.

I have ordered this a few times. As someone with kidney stones and who LOVES cinnamon this is the answer for my coffee- at least. I wish it has a stronger flavor - but it is nice. Haven't used it in anything else.... You have to use a fair amount to have any real impact. Therefore, it's pretty expensive for the flavor value.

I've been buying this for a few years now. I only put 1 to 3 drops in each glass/bottle/cup of water. (More if I'm not feeling well.) It's just enough to make the water taste a tiny bit better, especially where I work where the water tastes kind of funny. It's great if you want to add a refreshing flavor to water, but don't really want a sugary or fruity flavor.I once tried another brand and didn't like it a nearly as well as this one.

I was recommended this product seeing that would help lower my sugar level and keep it where it needs to be I’ve been taking this for approximately 4 to 5 months now I have not had a recent blood test done yet to see where my sugar levels are or numbers I’m really hoping that this is working and I’m not wasting my money on it

I have tried a few cinnamon extracts and this one, by far, is my favorite. I take my drops in water, oatmeal, or in iced coffee. I can't really say if it has helped my blood sugar or not, but it's not very expensive, and it tastes so good, I take it anyway.
