Excellent Renewed Product
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 I ordered arrived quickly and looks brand new. Setup was a breeze (Microsoft) and it works great. I figured I would get a product that had some scratches/dents, but this thing looks like it's never been used. As a prior Pro 4 owner, I knew what I was buying. This thing is light, can work as a laptop or a tablet, and has plenty of oomph for schoolwork and browsing the internet. 10 out of 10.

Surface Pro 4
The surface tablet was in great almost-new condition. They keyboard's 'enter' key was broken off when it arrived unfortunately. They shipped a replacement out asap. Even with the issue with the keyboard I would still recommend buying from IT5050.

Really like it, but had some issues
I bought this 3+ years ago refurbished and used it as my primary laptop for 2 years. I really liked how portable and slick-looking it was. The speed and performance is still good. After a year, the charging cable no longer connected dependably to the Surface port, so often when I thought it was charging it wasn't. A new cable resolved that problem but was an unwanted cost. Around the same time, the keyboard stopped connecting reliably as well. Sometimes it works, but frequently I have to disconnect and reconnect it, to the point where I started using a wireless mouse instead. But since it only has 1 USB port, I can't use it for anything else. In the end, I switched to a different laptop due to these limitations, but I still keep this as a backup.

Can't be any better for the price paid! Unit arrived in original box and it was in a mint condition. Original keyboard was included , pen was missing. Battery performance is good (5-6 hours of work) Can't recommend the seller high enough!

overall very great
i got this because my old laptop broke and ordered this to replace iteven though it only has 4 gigs of ram it still feels really snappy due to it being relativity fast (1867 MHz)the cpu on this is really fast and could probably due some light photo or video editing (the cpu is a i5-6300U clocked to 2.40GHz)it came with every thing i need; keyboard, charger, and pen (mine came with a 3rd party pen from novision)
