Amazing product! Please supply them in a larger amount at a discount!?
These are amazing! Small and very soft and comfortable. No sticky glue so you can easily remove and reuse after using the restroom. I do wish they came in a larger package and were a bit cheaper. Then I'd use a new one after each bathroom visit. And yes, the are NOT flushable. But neither are baby wipes and tampons and people flush those all the time. It's up to you if you want to clog your toilet or throw them in the trash as they are intended. These are placed between your butt cheeks and do not move unless you are not using them properly.

Comfortable and discrete
I bought this product after my surgery and used it for several weeks. Very absorbent. It is also thin and compact so you forget it is there. As a side benefit, I used the extra as makeup wipes and it worked very well for that.

They do what I need them to do
I'm more than pleased with the B-Sure pads. I have only occasional, minor leakage and these have never let me down. There's nothing about them that I don’t like. I dont like needing them, but I’m glad they're available for those of us who need them.

I thought the entire stack shown in the picture was a single pad, which gave the impression that these were extremely absorbent. The reality is that each pad is just like a slightly thicker paper towel. It's just as effective to use a wadded up strip of toilet paper, and much cheaper.

Wish there were more in a package
I like these much better than toilet paper, at least they don't fall apart!! However they are too expensive for such a small package and don't come in larger packages. Paper towels and toilet paper are much cheaper and will have to do until someone comes up with a better idea or product.

IT IS SO SMALL WHERE WILL YOU STICK TO.
This doesn't absorb any thing . where will you stick this small piece . I was disappointed when I got the order & that too it took long time for the order to arrive . THIS ITEM IS USELESS .I wasted my money.

B-Sure pads
Timely arrival. Discreet , comfortable pads to wear. Works well so when leakage problems, ends embarrassing possible stains showing. Also flushable, a big plus.
