Liked the article but the problem was that the stud that holds the secateurs in doesn’t close properly.Maybe change the way it closes a different type of clip.

Material, construction, fit for secatures... All good.(I doubt i'll need to buy another, but if I do, i'd buy it again.)

Working in a woodlands area, it’s surprising how many times branches and twigs can dislodge any belt held tools, the clip strap prevents this.

I'd say this is more a handyman's tool holder than one for secateurs, which I received in black rather than brown leather as in the description.The stitching and rivets were all good and secure and the quality of the leather also good. It's the ideal size for small jobs when you are working say, up a ladder and don't want to be up and down fetching screws or needing a different driver. Good for holding pencils, screwdrivers, trimming knives etc. and the pockets are handy for holding a few screws or nails too.There's the option to use the belt loop or clip for carrying purposes. The latter is perhaps best suited for quick jobs when you just need a few minutes to sort something, because (a) it's quite stiff and (b) if used all the time is going to work loose and break away, based on past experience with similar belt fixings.

This leather tool belt pouch, offers a good way to keep small tools within easy reach, especially if you’re working outside. It has 2 pockets, a holder for a long screwdriver and a divided, open slot, that you can use to hold pliers etc.You can attach it to your belt, by passing it through the pouch or use the spring clip at the back. If you are working above ground, then you can raise or lower it on a rope. There's also a hole, to attach a carabiner or keychain.All-in-all, this seems to be a strong pouch, held together with brass-coloured rivets, and gold stitching. It should be useful for DIY, gardening etc.

This holder is made from real leather, but it’s surprisingly lightweight and not bulky. Nicely made and neatly stitched. Obviously, you need to be someone who wears a belt while gardening, so you can slide this holder on. Button closure to secure your secateurs.
