It's super easy to use. I just pedal while I watch TV or are on the phone. It's compact, keeps the circulation moving, it's great.

it has did what i bought it to do.these 86 year old legs cant get out and walk like they used to but this does keep a little flexability in them i usally run it on 8 or 9 speed and it works for me

Easy to use
