It's hard to know the right size, I've had smaller ones but wanted something more fitting to my body type. From what I'd seemed to read a D cup item would make and A into a C cup. But seeing them now it just seems like a D cup.There's self adhesive but the size can pull them off if not used with a bra holding then in place. I do love the concave back because it feels more natural and breathable. The silicone is heavier than expected but seems like good quality for the price, considering I've ordered other brands before. You might just consider buying the adhesive and remover related to these if you want to use for extended periods, the original adhesive isn't bad but not strong enough by itself for larger breast forms over time to stay in place.They also look realistic under clothes and move naturally. Just consider the letter they provide in the chart it's probably closer to the actually American size, not larger. At 6'1 and over 200 lbs I think C would have been closer to my ideal.

These breast forms are effective in full coverage bras and possibly swimsuits. They also work well with backless dresses, eliminating the need for a bra, and they feel somewhat realistic. Make sure before you attach the forms that your chest is free of any lotions as they will not adhere properly. The adhesive backing initially adhered well and has held up for a few uses, however they are starting to lose their stickiness. If you wish to use these without a bra, you will after a while need to look at getting some specialty adhesive tape.Be sure to rinse the exterior of the form with warm water after use and reapply the transparent film to extend the adhesion. Just try not to get the adhesive part wet. When you first put them on, they initially feel cold to the touch but soon warm up to body temperature. They have a slightly concave back which makes them fit quite well. They are liquid filled with silicone and have some weight to them which give them a natural movement. The thin outer layer, resembling vinyl, requires care with long nails, I feel it wouldn't take much to puncture them.They are shipped discreetly in a plain box which is also great for storage purposes.Overall, I'm pleased with their performance, and they work as intended, these forms are well-priced and offer good value.

Will not stay in place with it own adhesive. Not worth going with they as a bra is needed to keep them in place.

Being a very large-bodied person, I do wish these came in a bigger size but I used the largest available at DD. That said, they are VERY solid. Hefty. Absolutely the sort of weight you expect out of silicone and the satisfying flesh-like behavior associated with that material. So far, I haven't had any issues with them filling a bra and staying in place, simply inserted them and went about as normal- just with tons more confidence! If they're the right size for you, then these are excellent forms for filling out clothes!
