This isn't a mask it is a little pop up light box on three sides, if you see what I mean.It is easy to open up - shown in place on my bed, as I lie underneath the lights. It also comes with goggles to wear when under the lights.Once plugged in there is a timer from 15 minutes (I don't know how to change the time or if I can as I have lost the instructions).The colours are cycled through with a button on top, the camera doesn't pick up the differences very well, but in the real world you can see the different shadesThe only colour I am interested in is the red as I have psoriasis that I am hoping this will improve.There are a lot of factors behind my skin condition and I am adding this red light to the other things that I am using to try to improve the condition.I have no way of knowing if this is making any difference yet but I will keep trying.

Im very happy, I have used it only first time but i love the result. Its lightweight and easy to fold and put away, its not a devise where you carry in a handbag, its made to be big to fit your whole head. I use this while lying down in bed, very comfortable
