*update*a very nice member of their customer Service contacted me and provided a more generous discount and accessory for my surface was polite and understanding making the issue alot more tolerable* great product itself, had it been in the condition it was sold under when I got it, would have been fantastic everything I could want in a portable PC could be used happily for anything from graphic design to browsing the internet. Speed is great and packed full of amazing features especially to not be the newest model or even next up it really impressed me. However the physical condition of the item was not great. Obvious marks where it's been dropped, issues mouse sticking in place until screen refreshed, deep scratch over top right corner of screen preventing use of touchscreen to exit windows or anything else that lands under the mark. And light spots on screen when booting up or on a dark window. Which isn't the worst part seeing as it could have been fixed easily by the seller howerever when I reached out about all this (and after days of back and forth with them) I was only offered a tiny discount off the original cost (10%) and was told that's all they can do, no effort in the slightest to correct their misleading sale or to assist me in finding a real solution. Product -amazing. Seller and seller customer service - negative 5 stars

It came in perfect condition with charger and everything. It works great. I’m very pleased right now

I really want to like a Surface but I’ve managed to mess up 3 of them. Boo!

Came a bit late but the seller was easily contacted and very helpful. The computer itself was in perfect condition and works beautifully.

Pros: Device works well and is a breeze to set up.Cons: I have a random bright spot in the middle of the screen. Also, I did not know that the keyboard counted as an "accessory" as it is not technically a laptop without it. Wouldn't be a big deal if they weren't an extra hundred dollars.All in all I would recommend it because of the price point.

Solo la encendí una vez para configurarla luego la apague y la puse a cargar, después de eso la encendí y solo apareció el logo de surface y se apago, luego ya no encendio para nada, he intentado todos los tipos de reinicio, combinaciones de teclas etc y nada, cuando conecto el cargador enciende el Led pero la tablet no enciende para nada es decepcionante. Espero me den solución.

I purchased the refurbished version and I can’t even tell it’s been used at all! Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. This tablet is very user-friendly and the perfect size for reading music.

I bought this to display guitar music on a music stand for tablets. It worked fine when I first got it, but less than a year later the battery won't hold a charge. It still works for my purpose, but only if a plugin is nearby.
