The media could not be loaded. The clear plastic case was easy to install, fits well, is durable, and hasn't yellowed in the first 8 months. The soft travel case is molded to fit the Portal, has a rubber grip on the handle, and slides into a backpack easily. Ive been using both as Ive traveled and they've protected my portal very well. Great value.

The case clipped on super easily. I'm just not sure how to get it off if I ever need to without it cracking but I guess I won't have to deal with that for a while. It looks good and feels sturdy. The case doesn't block any of the buttons or ports and I'm still able to press everything that I need to. The thumb grips are comfortable and go on easily, it doesn't feel bulky it just feels like it normally does when I hold it without the case on it. I might get some grip stickers for the back of the controllers, because I can see that it might get a little bit sweaty during long play periods. But I do feel like it is protected and the screen protector also went on really easily. I accidentally put it on after I clipped the case over it, but I was still able to get it on there without it breaking. I think this was pretty inexpensive for everything that it comes with! I was able to get it assembled and ready to go in 15 minutes

Item came in a timely matter. Everything ad came in the package. Upon opening everything was in great condition. A nice sturdy case, no issues with the screen protector, which was easy to install. The casing for the portal was wrapped up for protection, no scratches or any defect and also very easy to click and install. Overall a great purchase to protect and store your PlayStation portal.

I gave it 4 due to the plastic not clicking together all the way. Does affect the case not really. Rest of the clips hold tight so I'm not worried about it popping off. I like the case. Fits well and has a nice pocket to hold your accessories. All in all I think it's worth it. Didn't use the screen protector as I already had one on it.

Good material, great padding, lots of space for accessories and the plastic covers for the portal are perfect. 10/10

Everything fit perfectly. The quality was excellent and the pads were a great addition.It was very easy to assemble and helps keep things organized. I highly recommend this product.

Fit perfectly amazing

Everything was good and meet my expectations for the price. Only things that would have made it better is the screen protector doesn’t have a repelling layer for oil so fingerprints show up easily. Again for the price it works and it does come with two screen protectors which is nice and comes with all the tapes to align it and remove lint. Also pay attention in the order you snap the grip area as I couldn’t get mine to fully click into place but once I removed it and followed the manuals instructions it did snap together well.
