Just used this for the first time this evening & wow, absolutely amazing. It was definitely not as sore to use as I was expecting, I have thick dark hair & even after shaving my legs I was never smooth & my legs were stubbly the next day, now they are super smooth. I love my new epilator, highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Having been an epilator user for a number of years I was due a new one and this didn't disappoint.This is my first wet and dry one and I wish I had invested in one years ago. If you are not used to epilating it can be quite painful to start...I would highly recommend using when legs are wet.With previous epilators I will often shave after to remove small and fine hairs but didn't need to with this one.Epilators are noisy but this one seems a little quieter than others I've used. Also quite liked the light feature. I've used it a couple of times and so far haven't needed to recharge.I've not used the other heads other than the flat one. I also haven't used the trimmer....and not sure I'm going to. So only feedback would be remove this and make it a little cheaper or have it as an upgrade option. (I bought this on sale and probably wouldn't have bought it for the original price)As per picture it does use a European plug, so had to buy an adapter separately...I feel this should really be included in the box...or at the very least mentioned in the description.In future I’ll be looking at buying this make again

It’s liberating to be hair free for weeks. It is painful, but you can quickly get used to it. However, I wouldn’t dare trying in the bikini area - miserably painful! But quite alright to be used in the legs or armpits.

Okay so I took a long time to decide to get this and I regret waiting so long. I am fair skinned and have dark hair - the worst combination for summer months! I would normally have to shave my legs at least every other day but would feel self conscious on the second day.First off I epilated when all my leg hair was 3-5mm long, and jeez it hurt. I have quite a high pain threshold and I did do both legs in one night but it was definitely painful. HOWEVER..it was 100% worth it. It’s been 9 days since I did it, and despite having to get a few stragglers which I missed…my legs are HAIR FREE…still! This is genuinely unheard off for me. I’ve been shaving my legs for close to 30 years and have never had this experience. It’s amazing. I can also see that it won’t ever be that painful again as I wont have to do ALL my leg hair…if that makes sense.I’ve braved my armpits which I used the cold compress for. It was more painful but knowing the results I had with my legs it’s worth it.If you are thinking of buying it and struggle with body hair I would 100% recommend it. It has changed my life…genuinely life changing.

Honestlt, I thought it was broken at first, because I never knew hair removal could be so fast and painless. Great value for money.

I really dislike this product I have previously used a far cheaper Philips epilator which I needed to replace as it got so old. This one catches my skin and causes bruises- even when I pull the skin tight. It’s also painful & I’ve epilated for years. I tried to bare with it but have had to succumb and purchase a different one.

I’ve only used it a few times but the grip on this thing is insane. I had shaved a few days prior and it took out even the smallest hairs. Super easy to use great for its value genuinely I’m so so impressed with how well it gets the small hairs.Waterproof too. Just 10/10. Can’t say much on longevity but wow yeah
