The repair service is an excellent 10 out of 10. My phone was sold to me from mint mobile defective and refused to help me at all. This wonderful repair service was fast even over the Christmas holiday. They sent updates and the screen functions perfectly. There is no "buldge" with the screen as is indicated in many other screen replacements. This saved my phone and should misfortune befall my phone again this is the first repair service I'll be looking into. Very professional and they even sent me a charging cord. This is a great, affordable screen repair service. My wife's Samsung Galaxy S20 FE screen died. It simply went dark. I tried various methods found on the internet to revivify the screen, but to no avail. She didn't need the phone right away, and was mostly worried about recovering data on the phone. So we decided to have the screen replaced and discovered Lenwell's service, which was really affordable. Basically, you pay, then they send you a box for the phone, a padded mailer, a shipping label -- all the things you need to send the phone to them. As soon as they received the phone, they texted me that they had checked the phone and were proceeding with the screen replacement. The following day, I received another text indicating that they had repaired the screen, and they included a short video of the phone, demonstrating that the screen now worked. I hadn't expected the video, but it was extremely reassuring. In the same text, they indicated that they were shipping the phone back that day, and included a photo of the shipping label and tracking number. The phone was in tip top shape and they had also thoroughly cleaned it. I highly recommend their service!

This was super duper easy and the service I received was amazing. After you order on Amazon you will receive a prepaid shipping label and box. I followed the instructions and sent my Samsung Galaxy S23 (green) in for repair. They received it in a couple days and then Lei reached out via text letting me know that they had received the phone and they turned it around in less than 1 day. Ive used this screen repair service 3 times and have had a great experience each time. They are easy, fast, and thorough. One time we needed extra repairs (broken button) and they reached out to me, the person on the phone was very nice. They always do a good job, highly recommend!

I purchased this repair service for my S23 Ultra in February after my phone screen got smashed. I'm very pleased with the result.It took 10 days from the time I mailed the phone to them for me to get it back.I would definitely use this service again if I had the misfortune to need it.I also took a few weeks from the time of my repair to make this review in the event that something wasn't quite right. To this point my phone is essentially a brand new phone. I have literally zero complaints.
