We have a glamping rental on our property in East Tennessee. The tent arrived last August and we used it a handful of times until winter. Last week while we had customers in the tent, they barely put pressure on the side and the entire tent wall began to disintegrate. Even though it was outside the return window, I called Amazon, because I am used to fairly good customer service. After talking to 4 different reps, getting disconnected and talking with a supervisor, the best they could do was offer a small gift card. Unfortunately, our only choice was to throw the tent away. We will NOT buy from a Chinese company again. We now have a beautiful White Duck brand.

The media could not be loaded.  If you're looking for a decently priced hot tent and you want a lot of room inside. GET THIS! I set this up alone for the first time, took about 25 minutes because you have to tie all the guy lines on the tent for the initial set up. The next time I set it up I bet I could do it in under 15 minutes. Oh and also bone during heavy heavy thunderstorms. 2 people with cots and 3 dogs with plentyyyy of extra room. We're both both 6' tall
