Sweet and sour
Some of them leaked in box , had to toss some and clean off the ones that were left. Perhaps a better packaging system would eliminate this issue

The stars are for the sauce, not the packing
I found the taste of this sweet & sour sauce pleasant, if a bit tame. I've had tangier sauces, but it's certainly adequate. Packing left more to be desired. 35 out of the 100 packets were crushed in some way, with 10 of them so much so that they had opened and spilled sauce into the box. The box itself showed no damage, but on further inspection was found to have a weak side and corner, which is where the sauce was spilled. My guess? The boxes were stacked, this one was at or near the bottom, and the weight from above compacted the box. Not so much that it showed, but enough to crush and break the packets within. The shipping box didn't have any damage I could find, so it doesn't appear to have happened in shipping. When I requested a partial refund for the damaged packets, I was instead refunded the full purchase price. Good on them, but it indicates to me they're used to having damage claims. Like I said, the sauce is good and well worth the price I would have paid.

Sauce
This is perfect it’s not spicy as I can’t handle any form of spice as I have problems with my stomach lining. Also had a hernia and a blockage in the colon I can’t handle any form of spice, so this is perfect for dunking eggrolls and anything else that I want some kind of a sauce on and it also helps cut down on wasting any form of sauce because it’s in its own form of. Portion control so the great also great to take on the road if you’ve got a hurry up and leave and go someplace or give sent a couple to somebody.

Check your order even it it doesn’t look damaged
Really like the sauce but it is impossible to find the bottles anywhere. Started ordering the single serve pack since it keeps longer and is easier to transport. Only downside is the most recent shipment had no visible external damage but upon opening (like 2 weeks after delivery) I discovered around 15 of the pack were destroyed. I’ve already found 2 more that were improperly sealed.
