Nice product
Delivery was so quick, packaging was good, installation was done by a professional person good buy must say,Customers like the value, quality and responsiveness of the water purification unit. For example, they mention it's a good product value for money, the technical staf is good and the delivery was quick. That said some complain about the performance.

Very Bad product
Worst purifier I have ever seen. Pathetic service. 3rd class quality parts which will not even last for 3 months and if you try to claim warranty you will get nothing rather you would end up paying huge money on repair. Purifier cost was around 3200 and I paid 1500 for getting it repaired. Do not buy this worst quality purifier. Rather gp for branded one like livpure, Kent etc.

Products is not good and return pickup issue
It's not working properly so I tried to get resolution but one-week no body responding that why I want to return.I have raised request three times for pickup but it was not pickup still now. Pickup call transfer again and again next 48 hours but not proper response from anyone. After 26 days service team called me for visiting and say that if you will denied, based on your product will not return.

Stopped Working Within a Week—Not Worth It
I am extremely disappointed with this purifier. I bought the product expecting it to work efficiently, but within just 7 days, I had to call for servicing because the purification stopped working altogether. It wasn't purifying properly, which is unacceptable for a brand-new device.To make matters worse, even though the purifier is still under warranty, I was forced to pay the service technician. This is not what I expected from a product that should be reliable and backed by proper support. I do not recommend this purifier to anyone considering it. Save your money and choose a more dependable option.
