I think this is my third or fourth jar of this cream - I like the consistency and the smell of the cream and I use it everyday. I am not entirely sure if it is helping me, but it is a nice moisturiser, nonetheless, so I buy it on that basis.

I heard about yam cream benefits from Barbara O’Neill (all should hear what this incredible woman teaches on diet and health). I can’t comment yet on the benefit to my hormone balance but I can say that my sensitive skin is getting on well with the cream which smells absolutely beautiful- I have the honey version. For hormonal influence, Barbara O teaches, just a finger dip to base of nail is all required. Do this twice daily in different places - inner arms, groin, breasts, tummy. This way the cream will last. I hope this is helpful to someone.

Loved the smell great as a moisturizer didn’t think it did much else

I bought this cream to help with hormone drops with menopause! i am feeling the benefits.

Tried this product due to menopausal symptoms. Definitely took the itchy skin away. Lovely smell. Definitely worth a try. Definitely recommend.

Didn’t do anything for me just a nice smelling cream

My hormones were all over the place now that I'm in perimenopause. Having been putting this cream for the last 3 months, I feel better and my moods are more stable.This little pot will last you around 6 months which is great!

I ordered the Naturally Mum Wild Yam Balancing Cream as I was interested in the claims that it could be helpful in treating the symptoms of the Menopause.Unfortunately I really don't like the scent, I don't have the greatest sense of smell but to me it doesn't smell at all like Honey and carries quite a heavy floral smell. Of course scents/smells are purely subjective and this one really isn't my cup of tea.I also found that the cream didn't completely absorb into my skin, no matter how much I tried to rub it in it still left a slight coating on the surface that felt a bit sticky.The product came inside a sealed, thick cardboard tube which had a plastic removable lid, the cardboard tube has a metal bottom that cannot be easily separated from the tube thus making it not possible to recycle without physically sawing the thick cardboard away from it's metal bottom piece.Regarding price point I feel it is a little on the expensive side, the jar size is 120ml, that's about 2 and a half sizes bigger than an average pot of face cream so I don't think this jar will go very far if you are wanting to use it as an all over body cream.For your confidence in this Vine Voice review, I am under no obligation as to what I can or cannot write and I only ever leave honest and unbiased reviews whether they be good or bad.Thank you for reading this review and I hope you find it helpful.
