This product is purely for a frontage ,it works very well, it looks realistic and at the right height, I will be buying more for my layout, ordering was easy, it came in good time, the product is very well made. And packed well.

The instructions appear to be quite detailed but are ambiguous to say the least, however once you get the gist of the assembly you don’t need them. Took about 6 hours in total but for the first three I didn’t do a lot as I was trying to fathom out the instructions!Didn’t really matter as it kept me busy during “Lock-Down”. Final result is quite good and worth the time.

Update, this kit does make an acceptable model, quite realistic. Mine has received many complimentary comments. Quite a lot of work involved as none of the card is printed but nevertheless worth it in the end.

Unlike some more expensive card model kits, these come with plain card (albeit pre-cut) to which paper wraps have to be applied. This makes the construction process longer. The end result looks pretty good though.You DO need to be careful following the instructions, as the wraps and card bases are numbered in separate series both starting at A - and wrap A fits on base B - not, as you might expect, on base A.

excellent, easy to build just what my layout needed.

The assembly instructions on this model are difficult to follow with small and poor quality pictures I won’t be purchasing this make again
