Son loves playing on Wii. Easy to set-up.

I received this item and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I was also very angry. It had a 'scart' plug on it. The same plug that was used when they were sold 30+years ago. It certainly did not fit into the back of my TV. If the plug was out of date surely the console was out of warranty. As a top of the range I expected it to have everything I needed to start using it, but there was no 'stand pad'. What is a 'stand pad' and where does it say I needed one?It was when I phoned Amazon to complain I found out they did not pick up unusable items.She did promise a 'stand pad', and the replacement would have the correct plug on it. I'll wait and see.

Whilst we are delighted with our Wii consol and Wii fit plus, using it every day for 2-3 hrs. the balance board is very inaccurate in its weight readings.I weigh 8st. 10lbs on 3 home weighing machines, and on the Boots machine. The Wii board always reads me at 7st 7lbs, = or - anything up to 6lbs per day. We use it on a level surface and on a wooden board. It also measures my husband at 1 stone under his weight. If we were not well-adjusted adults, this could cause serious problems in our eating habits.However, I find the balance exercises and yoga routine very helpful, and well designed for my age. The routine can easily be followed by the hard-of-hearing or blind, as instructions are written and spoken. I think most people would find something they could do and enjoy, regardles of their athletic ability or age.I would like to know if there is supposed to be a light on the LCD, as ours doesn't have one.

Just bought myself this as a 50th birthday present having wanted one since they first came out. Have had great fun setting it up which is such a doddle to do, 3 plugs in the back, sync the wii remote to the base station, put in a disc and away you go. I even connected it to the internet all in under an hour.Have only played the wii sports pack yet but its such fun. I know i am not going to regret this pressie.

It’s terrible so wish I hadn’t wasted £400 gutted

The Wii arrived on time. I Plugged it all in and put brand new batteries in the remote which also didnt have the safety strap. held down the power button and nothing. I am currently awaiting a response from a customer service ticket

The company beat our prices, has resolved the sensor problem, by sending me a new one so please disregard my first review I retract what I wrote, I would recommend them to friends and family
