Good spec VOIP phone for the price.
Hi high spec at a good Price. It supports up 10 phone numbers and handsets. And line to different handsets or be grouped. The documentation is adequate but not particularly informative what feature and should ideally supply info about what each Account field requires.Once I got it working for and inbound outbound calls. One thing note is the web gui interface requires a PC or laptop browser. Using andriod or ios Web doesn't display the corfirm button to apply config changes. My rating rating is.Features 5Capabilities 5Ease of handset setup 5Documentation 3. Mostly focuses on handset config with little or no setup for voip account page or how secure the voip service and load certificates if needed.

Great product but unusable - updated
This is a great phone as I have previously used them, my issue is with the seller, the phone had clearly been sent out before and was sent with an EU plug, totally useless in the UK, can't plug the base station in or the recharge the handset. The issue is that you can purchase Yealink UK power supplies for the base station but not for the usb connected cradle.Amazon customer service were great, I have to say and have sorted out this problem, but it should never have been sent out in the first placeUpdate, I ordered another phone thinking that it was a mistake before, but the same thing has happened again, sent with EU plugs and not UK compatible, this time Amazon did not want to know, their response, just send it back we will investigate, or they could send out a replacement but when questioned whether it would be a UK version, they didn't know, I am sorry Amazon but this is an appalling service, you and your staff should be embarrassed after the call I have just had with you***update 17th Aug, having emailed and spoken to Amazon Customer Services, still being ignored, I would strongly recommend buying this product from a different supplier.

Decent product for an affordable price.
I completely love this set. It was a bit challenging to figure out how to set the time zone (it defaults to Beijing, so it will be eight hours off), and it works flawlessly with the VOIP service provided by my ISP (I live in a newer dwelling with fttp and landline service is over VOIP through my ISP). Audio quality is wonderful, and it allows you to easily pair other DECT handsets and assign extensions to them. The web interface is basic, but functional, and is a lot less hard to use than most typical SIP/VoIP products. The final thing which made it really useful is that the charging base for the handset just uses a microUSB cable, so you can just plug it into any available USB charger. I don't have a spare socket in my kitchen anymore, but we have two USB ports in the wall plate, so that came in handy as well.

Received BT branded phone that needed awkward reset to get working
Received what looked like a brand new unopened phone, but in a box branded as "BT Cloud Voice Express".Plugged it all in, registered the handset to the base, obtained the internal network IP address, went to the web browser interface but found the default userid/password did not work!Reset the base via the handset, still didn't work.Factory reset the base station according to instructions on the web (unplug, wait 15secs, press and hold the Connect button, plug in, wait for 3 solid lights, let go of Connect button, wait 5 minutes, unplug, wait 15secs, plug in). Registered handset and tried web interface again, but still no joy with the default userid/password.Then I read somewhere on the internet that the base unit settings can be provisioned automatically via the web (e.g. at power on, so resetting the base didn't achieve anything). The fix is to do the whole base factory reset procedure WITHOUT BEING CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET (but still connected internally to your home network). Following this advice, I was finally able to access the web interface and set my own password and change the PIN. Also for good measure I turned off all the Auto Provision settings. Reconnecting the hub to the internet and setting up the VOIP account name/password/server host then worked - the unit registered successfully! The only slightly strange thing is that the handset doesn't play the UK dial tone when you press the Green phone icon. You have to press the "Line" button (right hand button just under the screen display) and then the "Dial" button (same) to hear a ring tone. The actual base and handset units seem to be all good, 5 stars for them (so far). But just 1 star for ease of installation because of the effort needed to get around the BT auto-provisioning faff. Perhaps if you receive a non-branded vanilla Yealink package none of this is necessary. But for those that do get sent a BT phone (I noted one person returned their equipment for the same issue), this is the fix.(Update: I see the current phones sold on Amazon might be supplied by Andrews and Arnold (a&a), who is my VOIP provider and are very good - so hopefully those phones will have the factory standard defaults). Also note that I'm using fttp with a new EE Smart Hub Plus, so can confirm this configuration does work with ano VOIP provider.

Good phone but set up has to be spot on
I got this to go with a Sipgate Voip account as the latter recommend Yealink (plus others). Setting it up was a bit of a head scratcher as the guide on Sipgate was not quite the same as the Yealink Web interface. I spent hours trying to set it up before it clicked that I had input an incorrect address as the proxy server. After that no problem, very easy to configure. I love that I now get an emailed copy of any voice messages via Sipgate. Build quality is OK but not as robust as the Panasonic it replaces. Using 4G broad band currently and commonity superfast fibre by year end. Goodbye BT Open Reach at long last.

Superb VOIP Phone
Decided to ditch my landline as I've moved over to fibre.I opted for a fibre only package so when my wife found out we had no landline a fix was immediately needed :) !I opted for this Yealink W73 handset as it ticked all the boxes.I subscribed to VOIP Service (Soho66) and set he handset without too much trouble.Sound quality is awesome compared to a standard phone line and the costs are mind blowingly low!!!I added £5 credit with Soho and after 2 months I still have £2.50 left. The handset is used daily too.Great phone and can't faul it.
