Poly Voyager Free 60+ UC True Wireless Earbuds – Noise-Canceling Mics for Clear Calls – ANC – Touchscreen Charge Case – Works w/iPhone, Android, PC/Mac – Teams Certified – White

The Poly Voyager Free 60+ earbuds are a great design in theory, if the software behind it was great. Out of the box I decided to check for updates both with the case and earbuds.Each required its own update, one which could be done through the Poly Lens app via a smartphone (earbuds). The case however could only be updated via a PC and a USB cable.The call quality was great, and the device fit very well with the given adjustable silicone pieces (Small, Medium and Large). However after some daily usage is where it started to expose its buds. In the middle of Teams calls the earbuds would ring as if another call was coming in. You had no way of stopping it and the screen on the charging case would become unresponsive. Keep in mind this is a UC headset so it should be better than your average Bluetooth headsetIt also states it can handle two connected devices at once. While both can pair to the earbuds, the switch between the two devices became unreliable and I would often have to disconnect and reconnect the device.Overall, I would not recommend this product for business use as this is what is geared towards.

This product has all the right features and a brilliant case to go with it.But the implementation is really not good. It don't know if is hardware or software related but I never got the microphone sound high enough to be audible in the other end. Neither via phone or Teams.In the current state it is unusable but I hope it is just a software issue that eventually gets fixed. Unfortunately I cannot wait for that to happen so it was returned.

Excellent set of headphones. Fantastic for calls and good enough for music.They have become my go to earbuds.

I believe earbuds with dongle will steal the show very soon. Dongle helps with soomth and consistent connection to PC. Add to that ANC!! Yes this earbud looked to have it all but when I tried it out, I realized in general the quality of built is low:1) earbuds stopped getting charged from case after 2 weeks!!!2) the fit of earbuds inside case is not great3) ANC is not as good as apple airpods, you get alittle to some of Noise cancellation4) a bit bulky designI would still keep keep them but No. 1 was enough reason to return it.

Please do not buy this if you intend to listen to music with this. I don't believe this deserves a 1 star rating, this product is not perfect and took me a few conference calls to get used to hearing others as if they were in a fishbowl, sound is very hollow but easy enough for me to get used to.One thing I've been told by others is that they can hear my voice crystal clear,I've tried Bose QC II, QC Ultra, and the Sony WF-1000XM5. One thing I hated about the Sony was that it picked up all the background noise, tried everything others were recommending and still could not get it to stop picking up background noise. Both Bose were good but not worth the money others were telling me that I sounded a little hollow, a little electronic, and sometimes broke up.I don't think I've found the perfect conference earbuds, but for the sale prices these have been going for I've been happy with these for now.
