Sauce is beautiful, but be warned, it is very spicy. I love heat, my curry of choice is a phall, but this blew my head off

It's not Chinese!
I made a 'Schezwan' chicken stir-fry for myself tonight, working out an eighth of a cup equates to around 35g. Tasty but blimey, seriously spicy hot! This stuff is made in India rather than China. If it was Chinese, it would be labelled as 'Szechuan' stir fry sauce. It's not authentic in any way.
