This book is delightful. The illustrations are cute. I enjoyed it from start to finish, especially the dual-language food titles in Mandarin and English. A fun and educational read with lots of tasty options to explore!

This book is full of good eats. While I've had most of the foods described in this book, there are still some I need to try the next time I visit Taiwan. It is a cute book for anyone interested in exploring more food options. The rhyming of the words are done well and the illustrations are simply too cute. Great for both kids and adults!

This cute book is filled with wonderful illustrations and rhyming text that are sure to delight big people and little people alike. I smiled my whole way through reading it. I like that it includes the title of each food in Mandarin and English. So many foods to try!

I bought this as a nice reminder of Taiwan for my kids since they're pretty young (3yrs and 6yrs). They recognize a few locations and love the cute bear and fight over the illustrations ("Jiufen is mine! No it's MINE! Fine I pick Taipei 101!") haha. They don't speak Mandarin so it's nice to have them become familiar with some of the names as well. They may forget what exactly happened in Taiwan but they'll remember they had a great time and look at this book with fondness

This book gives children and parents alike a great opportunity to learn about Taiwanese food and learn some food lexis in the local language! I love that it’s written in rhyme, too!

I loved the walk through a cultural food tour. The recipes sounded delicious and the illustrations truly added to the appeal. Having the Mandarin writing next to each picture gave such an authenticity to the book’s recipes. Children will be delighted to try some of these different food dishes.

This rhyming cultural extravaganza of Taiwanese food and drinks will have your mouth watering. Each food is described with well thought our rhymes that seem natural and never forced. A wonderful cultural book for children to help introduce concepts of diversity. Loved it!
