We try to live a pretty organic lifestyle. It’s definitely hard with kids and you can’t control everything, but I like knowing I’m putting healthy, low processed vitamins in my body. I feel like I’m getting the nutrients I need.

Works great but the size of the pill is a little too much for me. I do like the ingredients.

Very disappointed! First, this isn’t a capsule, this is a very hard big tablet, that is very hard to swallow. False advertisement!Second, I bought this in January, thinking it was going to be a good option, more natural than my previous vitamins, so I was willing to pay more. They expired in 2024! By the time I opened them they were powdery and I hated it, I just stopped taking them and bought a different brand.

In generally I’m very happy with the quality of this supplement. I think the amount for the price is also good.

I tried these based on the fact that they are organic. However, after a bit of research I became concerned about the amount of some vitamins being way more than the recommended daily amount. Specially the vitamin A. I believe it is excessive and could be harmful to many people.

Food as medicine is my motto and so I want a food-based vitamin. This one seems to be a good choice; I'm almost finished the first bottle, and I've noticed no ill effects whatsoever! It's a keeper!

Loved the ingredients even before it got here, and I was not disappointed by the product. It's one-a-day, so that cuts back on the amount of pills I have to swallow (I take several supplements to manager my health issues naturally). The ingredients in this result in a tablet that has a faintly tart/fruity flavor, so I don't get the huge ick factor that some tablets give where you can't get them down fast enough to avoid the bitterness. And so far (about 4 weeks in), I haven't had any noticeable changes in my health/mood/etc over taking my other whole food vitamin that I had been on for several months that required me to take multiple capsules each day.The price might seem a bit steep, but I think they are on par for the price point of organic whole food based vitamins, and even would go so far as to say these are on the low end of the price range for comparable products. I consider these a high-quality product, a good value, and would highly recommend.

This vitamin is easy to swallow but that's about all. I didn't notice any improvement in my energy levels which is why I bought it. The label lists lots of good things.
