I have this with my cpap to prevent mouth breathing. This is really helpful for people using nose pillow or over the nose only masks. For me the tape is a better option than the jawline strap that goes over your head. Those do work but I don't care for the face lines in the morning. And the Velcro part would pull on my hair. This tape is economical and it does hold very well. Almost too well. The adhesive really makes a snug fit to wear it Almost feels like those little hair waxing strips. So if you have sensitive or thin or damaged skin I would maybe test it in a small amount first. Otherwise this is the stuff you need for avoiding mouth breathing. There are other products out there that cost the same for only 30 pieces. This will cover you for a ton more nights especially if you measure and cut pieces to fit.

Tape sticks and holds well but doesn't hurt.

You need to have this in your 1st Aid cabinet.

Doesn’t really stick that well on nose

I recommend this. Just the right amount of stick. No cringes when removed. It can be used for non-medical purposes around the house.

This feels like it was in a factory for years. Not sticky at all.

Hard to tear didn’t stick well not user friendly but it worked better then what I was using . If your looking to use it on your body don’t buy cheap stuff fool

This tape stays on well. We used it to hold gause in place around a food tube. Did not irritate skin like other products. Worked well for our needs.
