Don’t waste your time on this camera. No matter what, it did not connect. Customer service was useless.New product with scratched up serial number?! Looks like a refreshed (used) merchandise. Not happy

Pretty solid. Middle of the park.
Got this for the club and honestly it does the job for a decent price. Big thing for us is that we are off about 4 months of the year so it doesnt make sense to do a year subscription. Doing the month to month is great.Camera quality is decent and upload is pretty easy. Looking forward to see their livestreaming capabilities.

Using the camera
The quality and idea of the camera is 5 stars but the process in using the camera atually sucks. So technically you never really own the camera. You have to subscribe and pay a monthly fee of $130 in order to use it and when buying the camera that is not really clarified well enough in my opinion. If I had known that I would have kept looking for another camera.

Best product for my volleyball team
Using Pixellot Air for two year with my volleyball team and we feel like professional!Few minutes setup before the game and the next morning we have a TV production!Last season we also used the game analytic and got a full personal statistics! Well done Pixellot!

Poor customer service representative
I have been contrasting and comparing cameras as a parent and the responses I received from the 3 vendors were not similar in customer experience or education. Veo and Trace both provided me time, education and patience while I asked several questions about the product. The representative from Pixellot was responsive at first but when the sale did not go his way, he lost his way with respect to the fundamentals of sales and the client’s experience. It was a terrible experience and what is more, I got a direct referral to seriously consider this camera as my friend has one. The sales rep Bryan from Pixellot acted like a bruiser in hockey simply bullying the transaction. In the end, terrible experience I would not wish on anyone who was investigating a large purchase. The product is good, veo has slightly better video quality but Pixellot has many great features and benefits. I am saddened by this outcome as I was going to buy the product. I will buy the Veo although more costly.
