I was a little bit skeptical to buy this cause I like my heating pads to get really hot, but this one gets really hot, but you can also keep it on a lower setting and I also like how you can set a timer. Plus, the fabric is super soft. I will update if anything changes!

I love this heating pad. I use it in my lap in my home office to keep warm. It's like my little woobie. It's much bigger than any heating pad I've seen. I bought a second one when we returned to the office because the office is so cold. I've recommended it to others in my office who have bought it too.

I like that it can wrap around my knee (total knee replacement) and warm it entirely. I can sit on it and warm my butt and leg almost to the knee if I'm cold.I like having the timer and adjustable heat. I hate the on/off sliding switch which doesn't slide easily. The control module is not ergonomic. The default time is 1 hour and I use it for 30 minutes so I have to change it every time. I'm complaining about these bc I'm using it 6-8 or more times a day. It wouldn't be so bad for normal use.

I have bought a couple of these over the years. They get extremely hot. I have never used the highest 3 settings, it would be like giving yourself 2nd degree burns.

A little larger than expected. Very soft. My cat loves it too. It's got nice weight to it.

The media could not be loaded. DEFECTIVE recvd on 3/23 & controller already broke = no heat output. Tried contacting seller to give them opportunity to remedy, they refused & said I can try getting help from Amzn (who will expect me to drive and return item). I have a severely broken spine & pelvis (multiple breaks & collapsing spine ) so Can’t walk let alone drive. Yet Seller could simply send replacement control panel .
