Unreliable and Uncomfortable
I purchased the Balson Wireless Rechargeable Mini Digital Both Ear Hearing Aid for Seniors and was deeply disappointed. The sound quality is poor, with excessive background noise and distortion.The fit is uncomfortable and the hearing aids frequently fall out.Touch controls are overly sensitive, causing frequent inadvertent adjustments. The battery life is much shorter than advertised, requiring frequent recharging. To top it off, customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful.I would not recommend this product to anyone.
