Called amazon support but they disconnected the call saying they are unable to create return/replacement request. Asked them to schedule a call back but no callback. Stuck with a fan that is not working and no support. Buy a fan offline that will be much better choice.Got this replaced after some back and forth communication.

Our fan has stopped working a 40 days ago. I have raised 6 complaints. 30 days back they visited and told us the fan needs an item which they will get it in 4 days. Never came back. Im raising requests in their site. Requested for a call. No response so far. Never recommending to buy again.
