I use these of a night. It feels like sandpaper in my eyes, but it does help some with dry eyes.And the pain behind the eyes when I wake up.My wife says it burns her eyes for a while after she puts them in but it helps hers too.This isn't my favorite, anymore, since I started using a bean oil the last four nights, so I gave it a four star.
