I've read such a lot about the many good health benefits of taking bee pollen for quite a while now, so I thought I'd get some to try it out. It comes in a zip lock pouch bag, and the only ingredient is bee pollen, which is great, and they are granules. I intended to have it on my granola, with my usual berries and seeds thinking it would blend in good, and thinking it would taste similar to honey, which I love. On first use, I added a teaspoonful and found the taste of the bee pollen really not nice, a sort of a weird earthy taste, not sweet at all, with an odder aftertaste, but, I'm not one for giving up, so I added some organic cocoa to try and hide the taste of it, that worked a bit but could still taste it, so I added a teaspoon of cinnamon and I'm glad to say I couldn't taste the bee pollen at all and ended up with my granola concoction tasting lovely, you've got to do what you've got to do. I will carry on using it because of all the health benefits, but for me personally, I couldn't have it without completely hiding the taste, it doesn't smell pleasant to me either, but as I said we are all different, some will like it, some will dislike it and some will be undecided.

100% upset that I didn't notice It was packaged in China and to then read reviews on the taste and quality. I have had another brand before and I can say that it was sweet, delicious and pleasant smell. This is not the same, and completely ruined my breakfast (I'm recovering from bowel surgery and already finding food hard to eat and was trying to make sure I'm eating nourishing things). Price was good for a reason.... It may not be the quality that is lacking....

This is one of these healthy things which is a must have for me, taste ok and dissolve in water good to, definitely for daily intake.

I have have been using bee pollen for a while now from other brands. Thought I’d try this one. I would refrain from buying this item. Smells and tastes like fish. Which is very alarming
