Was very excited to receive this as I live up on a 3rd floor apt.Pros:It is very quiet, nicely made, convenient, very user friendly, virtually no set-up, many choices for wash cycles.My cons: It is VERY SMALL! I started with 7 panties, 4 pairs of socks, 2 tank tops and a small button up short sleeve shirt. That was pushing it. I almost feel that was too crowded and it didn't get washed properly.It will not remove pet hair or fur balls (I have 2 cats)It does not drain upwards so I had to buy a stand for it. The machine itself is very large and 40lbs but the space inside is tiny.This was considerably more expensive than other brands. Just really wish it was bigger because the quick wash uses 10 gallons of water so I'm on the fence if it was worth it.But boy this thing is tough and QUIET.There you have my take on things.

I can’t recommend this enough! I hooked it up to my shower head instead of the sink (just bought a longer hose), and it works like a charm. It cleans clothes exceptionally well and spins them dry enough to hang without dripping—comparable to a full-sized washer.One of my biggest concerns was noise since I live in an apartment, but it's surprisingly quiet. The build feels high quality, yet it's light enough for me to move around when needed.A couple of tips:I secured the water release hose with a clamp to avoid leaks—simple and effective.Like other reviews mention, it won’t drain properly if the hose is elevated, so I placed the machine on a slight riser in my bathtub to help with drainage and keep water away.It fits a decent amount of laundry—not full-sized capacity, but perfect for smaller loads. This machine gets the job done efficiently and makes apartment living a whole lot easier. Great purchase!

There’s no way you can use this machine unless the drain is in the ground. If the outlet hose is even 2 inches off the ground, the machine won’t empty the water. Very weak pump. Making it unusable in an apartment. Yes it’s there in the fine print, but just be aware that you can only have this machine if you are keeping it outdoors and the hose is not connected to plumbing unless it’s going straight down into the ground.

I am amending my original star ranking from 1 to 5. I was extremely frustrated about having no response from the company about the strange part. However, I couldn't wait to use the machine and hope it is only an extraneous piece of junk that fell into the box. --I LOVE THIS WASHER!!! A recent New York Times test of detergents came up with these findings: 1) The best detergent is Tide Ultra Oxi. 2) It is best to use COLD water. 3) You only need one tablespoon of detergent!!! (And that's for full size washers, so this little gem needs even less.) This is what I am doing with my HAVA which I have set up inside an otherwise unused basement shower. Clothes come out sweet smelling and clean, ready to hang up to dry. Sooo...wash, hang, and just wait awhile. ---------------------------------------------------------------------I am giving a one star review ONLY FOR THE MOMENT because this machine looks to be absolutely perfect for my needs. BUT this strange part was included in the box and the HAVA customer response person is on vacation for a week. I have set it up in an unused basement shower after researching and finding the elusive connector to join it to my shower head. FYI: Amazon "3/4” GHT Male x 1/2” NPT Female Connector, Brass Garden Hose Fitting, Adapter, Industrial Metal Brass Garden Hose to Pipe Fittings Connect". I want to do some laundry immediately but am wary that this mysterious thing might have fallen out of the machine in its travels to me. Anyone else get something like this? I'm hoping it's just something that accidentally fell in to the box at the factory.

I absolutely love the design of the washer. However, I have not had a chance to use it since it was delivered last week because we need an adapter piece but we need a 9/16 to fix my sink in my apartment but they do not make that size for an adapter.

I bought this on sale for $200 knowing it’s very small. I think it’s perfect for a single person living in a trailer so you can drain it easily. I was also able to VERY easily connect water by spiting the connection going to my water supply. And I was able to just drain it out of one of the lower openings in the back. 4 stars because I don’t think it cleans 100% more like 90% and I just got it. I may increase the stars in the future

I like it, because is very practical, compact and easier use.
