I have a kidney stone. It hurts. The NHS is navel gazing so I've been chucking down ACV daily to help get rid of the thing.ACV, no matter which liquid version you take, is great on chips but downing it in quantity is not something I looked forward to daily. I got the pills. They are OK but you have to take a lot of them. Then I saw gummies. I checked a lot out and decided to try these. What a game-changer! They taste great, not a hint of vinegar, I could happily sit and snorkel the entire pack but you're only allowed two a day. Spoil sports.After 2 days, do they work? I'm not sure anyone would want me to go into details about kidney stone output but there are signs of improvement. Thumbs up so far.Update: I've not needed to take any painkillers since I started these so a definite improvement.

As a regular user of acv in tepid water each morning on an empty stomach, which tastes very apparently of potent vinegar, I can definitely recommend these to a newbie who wishes to have a quality ACV in the form of a chewable tablet. these are one step better - they're soft, they're gummy and they're quite yummy!There is a very apparent banknote of apple cider vinegar with mother to these supplements. The vinegar is listed as the third ingedient only behind two types of sugar. It is disguised pretty well by the sweet flavour of pomegranate with an acidic note delivered by the the vinegar.The best part?There is no artificial sweetener in sight! They dont leave that horrid aftertaste of bitterness that only artificial sweeteners do.I love that they contain a beneficial formula of Vitamin C, B6, Folic Acid, B12, Chromium, Pomegranate & Beetroot extract.How Much of a Hit do You Get?Each gummy delivers 500mg of acv which works out to 0.1tsp of vinegar or one tenth of a teaspoon. Not a worthy amount. The pack recommends two dummies as the recommended dosage per day. That's 0.2tsp's worth.in comparison, I usually take between 1 to 2 tsp of acv in a tall glass of water every morning.Designed for those that are averse to swallowing a multivitamin.In short, dont expect to notice a dramatic change to your overall wellbeing and you skin health with these gummies, but they do help with that initial first step. Because they contain a wider range of nutrients, I wouldn't recommend taking more than their prescribed amount for fear of over-supplicating yourself!4 stars

Big fan of this pack of 180 Apple Cider vinegar dummies. They are super juicy, slightly tart, slightly vinegary taste - hard to describe but I really do like them, which may make me peculiar. Was delighted to find these which provide apple cider vinegar, with the mother ( which I know is important) is gummy form so exceptionally easy to take. They are currently on sale for £19.99 which is quite a lot but it does represent 3 months supply so certainly worth it. The dummies also include a range of other vitamins, and because many of the additional ingredients - things like pomegranate and beetroot as well as vitamin C, B6, B12, Folic Acid and Chromium - are not widely included in supplements its possible to find another multivitamin I can combine with and really feel like I have covered all the bases. This depends of the RDA of each ingredient of course). These feel like a treat to take which is rare so I am very much enjoying. What a great way to include apple cider vinegar into your heath regime.

I've taken apple cider vinegar in the past, but always diluted in water. In the end, I stopped taking it because I found it too bitter and acidic.These gummies are a much nicer way of taking apple cider vinegar. With no artificial colours or flavours, they have a pleasant apple taste, but without any sourness. Soft in the mouth and easy to eat, they even look attractive.At first glance, the price of £19.99 seems high, but when you consider that this is a three months' supply, it is perfectly reasonable for what is an excellent supplement.

….For several years now, I usually drink - as my first drink of the day - 500mls of warm water, with a tablespoon or two of ACV (with the mother) and the juice of a whole lemon. I drink it through a glass straw, keeping the liquid away from my teeth and I do oil pulling shortly afterwards.For the mornings, when I am running behind, I thought these gummies could replace my drink. The reason why I am in two minds is two fold really.1. The sugar content of these gummies….the first (thus highest) two ingredients of these gummies is sugar. I’m afraid I’m not convinced these gummies can be healthy, because of the high sugar content. Why do they need sugar, I ask myself….2. I agree with another reviewer about the potential damage to teeth from the sugar and the ACV, as one chews these gummies, particles will remain on the teeth.When I drink ACV, I drink through a glass straw and bypass my teeth, as best I can. I never get sensitive teeth when drinking via a straw, but on the occasions (when I first started taking the drink) when I have not used a straw, my teeth became sensitive within days.I can’t help but wonder whether the same sensitivity will happen to one’s teeth with these gummies, because of the direct contact between the two.I worry that any potential benefits of these gummies could be lost.I am sorry, thank you for allowing me to order these gummies, but I am unsure if I would order again and am not really happy to recommend them given my concerns detailed above
