I love this watch that most think it is an Apple Watch. It has all the features I like and use. The battery life on mine last over a week and is better than my wife's Apple Watch battery life. I was surprised to find this at a great price compared to the Apple Watches.

Replacing an older watch as battery life has dropped. This one is not very accurate on blood pressure, heart rate, heart rate alerts. Takes a while to figure out that you went to sleep. All other functions work well. Reached out to manufacturer about issues and the told me it was not a medical grade watch.

I purchased this watch in March 2024. Initially I was pleased as it had a heart rate monitor which was very useful on hot days. I am 79 yo and need to avoid heart rate getting high in the heat of the day when outdoors. Here it is June 3 2024 and my watch is useless. The battery charges but the watch will not turn on for periods of time and suddenly turns on for a few minutes and stops working again. I am so very disappointed. I cannot return since it had just a 30 day return policy. I will go elsewhere to replace.

First of all, the good. I love the big screen. I have a small wrist and it still didn't look oversized on my wrist. The battery life seems very good. Now, the reasons why I am returning it. On the product page it shows a number of watch faces. It only has four which would be okay if one of those I would have liked but I didn't like any of them. I like an analog looking watch face and it didn't have one available. I realize to some that should be a minor issue and it is. Would I have returned it for that? Probably not. However, the second issue I have with it is that it seems to have a mind of its own for when it wants to display the time. Most times it doesn't work by moving your wrist ( and I do have the "turn wrist to wake" set to on). What is worse, even when I push the button, most times it doesn't show the display even when I push it multiple times, or hold it in for an extended period. That's not acceptable. And, forget about contacting customer service. There were two different email addresses for customer service and I didn't get a response from either of them when I emailed them.
