I have used it over night for 2 nights in a row at 55°C and it was comfortable to wear and helped with the pain as long as you do not sleep on your tummy. The heating stoped after a few minutes so had to set it up again a few times over night.Not a great fan of the vibration but the heating aspect makes it all worth it. I was wearing it on top of my PJs,would not reccomend wearing it on skin.

The heat is so low that it doesn’t even matter if you put it on or not..

I suffer with lower back ache on and off but I am on my feet alot at work and so cannot sit with a hot water bottle on it. This belt is perfect for strapping round my lower back and allows me to walk around and get on with my job whilst being able to feel the lovely heat on my back. Makes the world of difference. Cannot believe I have only just discovered this nifty little item.Also really discreet and lightweight. Charge last for hours also.

As always, Amazon delivery was fast but most importantly the product works and it's so easy to use and very convenient to bring it with you when you are on the go. I bought this product for my daughters who don't like to take medicine and the hot bottle was time-consuming and not convenient. I did not rate 5 stars for pain relief as like any other pain reliever it will not be 100% pain-free but it greatly helps ease the pain and discomfort so I recommend this product.

If you have a condition like endometriosis or pcos and struggle with cramps this is both amazing and awful. It made such a difference at first and felt great until i realised it was actually burning my skin. Due to the fact i have painful sensations around that area i didn’t even notice. Be extremely careful. This would be fantastic for someone with plain period cramps (would still watch how hot it is though) Battery life is great. Charge time isn’t long at all.
