Great for making freezer jam - better than sure-jell
I don't know quite what the difference is between this and sure-jel because the ingredients are about the same. I was so happy to find this to make strawberry freezer jam - it is what I used to use in Canada. I have found that the sure-jel is just TOOOOOO sweet. This certo is just right and my jam is delicious! (Remember President's CHoice strawberry freezer jam? Tastes just like that!). Excellent instructions and recipes inside the box altho many also online. I'll be buying this again!

The price
The product itself is good. What I can't understand is the price for one package. How can you charge so much for one package of Certo? We pay about $3.50 for one package, not $16 or $17 , and then I am not allowed to send it back for a refund. Not good!!
