Very good nutritional profile. Gave it to my parents. Intially they were hesitant because of the shape but the taste and making produce is just like regular rice. Chewing is little harder than white rice but much softer than brown rice.

I have tried various dishes like veg biryani pongal with this rice.The taste and texture is absolutely amazing..The plus point is as it’s low carb my sugar level doesn’t rise..I have actually the sugar level on my machine..Also the texture is like rice and its a good option for all diabetics to maintain sugar and health

Always had doubt because of the shape but the taste and the process of making has really surprised me. IT is just like regular rice. Hope they can improve the shape someday so that more people can accept it with ease.

Although its texture is a little chewier/harder than conventional rice, it pairs nicely with saucy dishes like curries and stir-fries and has a very low calorie count.
