My cats love their water fountain, and these filters ensure the water flowing through it is always clean.

I love this fountain! I have had many over the years with my two cats and none have been as great as this one. The others had a strange build up that formed on the plastic over time. I have had this fountain now for 3 months and my cats love it and the clean up is a breeze. I like that these filters only take out large particles...I use bottled water so it doesn't do me any good to have a carbon filter that takes out impurities. These keep the cat hair out of the dish, stop the food from circulating around the bowl and never makes a peep. Ordered a second one for when this motor burns out. I will never get another brand water fountain again. Very satisifed for the price.

Love the new type, well new from 4 years ago. Super easy to clean. Let's you now when it needs cleaning. I have three golden retrievers. The one in the kitchen gets most use coming from outdoors. So you never know what is in their mouth when they drink. But grass, dirt, tennis ball fuzz. It all gets caught. You just take off the water bottle, the gray holder. You can look inside and see water is not passing thru because of unusual debris. You can stick your hand it take it off the filter easily. Put everything back. Then like the rest I have in the house, just clean the filter when you clean the water bowl. I even keep an extra water container next to it. If they are drinking a lot. Take the one off the other on. Good for a back up for emergencies. Also great to just load in the car if going to the park. I keep the collapseable water bowls in the car. I don't have to worry about lack of water,

I didn’t realize there were more than one size. They looked like what I wanted. When I received them I found that they were too big to fit the water fountain. So I am stuck with filters I can’t use. I have since ordered the small filter. I think they should make it clear that there are different sizes.
