Cannot recommend. Charger malfunctioned in a few short months. Contacted manufacturer and they claim they cannot honor my warranty as I'm outside the US. Very disappointed as this was not cheap. Will be purchasing from a more reliable brand going forward.

I have tried Oral-B and Sonicare and Phillips, and I can say this is the best electric toothbrush I have ever owned. First of all, its beautiful. I know that seems ridiculous when its a toothbrush, but everything from the packaging to the charger to the bristles, it looks great and you can tell it's made from quality materials. It isn't a blight on your bathroom counter the way other electric toothbrushes can be.Second, its powerful but has multiple settings for people with sensitive gums. I think the power comes from the bristles, they're very unique in how fine they are. I prefer a more powerful electric toothbrush, and I thought Oral-B was as good as it gets. Wrong. This toothbrush is able deliver a really precise vibration that gets between the teeth and towards the gum-line. I am not a dentist but my mouth feels better after each brush. I also like the different settings because unlike other electric toothbrushes with alternative settings, you can actually feel the difference. I mean, the whiten setting literally pulses.Finally, i love the bamboo brush head and that this toothbrush already comes with a replacement head. Not the biggest deal in the world but its a nice touch and the bamboo looks great. Bonus that its good for the environment.Bottom line: If you care about your teeth (you should), give this a try. I plan on purchasing the whitening toothpaste and pen products next.

Overall, this is a general electric toothbrush. It's prettier than your typical one. I prefer a wood toothbrush, so I never purchased an electric one before. However, this changed my mind. If you have never used a wood toothbrush, they're typically softer than your standard plastic one. This toothbrush is the same. I felt like it did a good job cleaning my teeth. It died after a month, though, and I had to exchange/replace it. I noticed that both brushes would run and then glitch/stop when in use, so I'm curious if this replacement brush will also die. If it does, then I won't get another. I like it overall, but it might not be meant to be.May 2024 updateI purchased the first one in December 2023. After a month, it broke. I was sent a replacement. Well, as of May 4 (May the Fourth be with you), the replacement stopped working. It started turning on whenever and at random times when no one was near it. Then, it stopped holding a charge. I got it to charge after I left it for 24 hours, but it started stopping mid use and changing the settings. It's a little unnerving to have that happen. It now doesn't turn on at all as of May 6. I won't be purchasing again.

I was a little scared since it’s a bit pricey but I was honestly surprised at how good and gentle this toothbrush it. The package was really professional and beautiful and even the stand it comes in met all of my needs. It comes with its own cable a c port and has 2 bamboo tooth brush heads. The brush it extremely soft as it’s so gentle when brushing. It has a lot of dfferent mode so it helps cleans to your preferences and needs. It was totally worth it and I’ve been using it for a week now!

I was so hesitant to splurge on an electric toothbrush again because in past purchases they hurt my sensitive teeth a bit and I worry that it’s not cleaning well since I’m so used to manual brushing. I am SO glad I got this!! I’m particularly pleased with the brush head, it’s so much softer than a lot of other toothbrushes yet my teeth feel so clean. I’m especially appreciative of the sensitive setting for days when I need things to be gentler. I’m also loving the other settings and don’t find them to be painful. I’m pairing this with a Slate sonic flosser and my teeth have never felt (or looked) better. If you’re debating between other electric toothbrushes (even the more expensive ones) I highly recommend giving this one a shot first. I also got the newer Suri to try out and I like this one way better. I love the extra settings and again, the brush head is way more gentle.
