Luxury Lane Hand Blown Red Art Glass Pitcher Vase 15 inch Tall

I collect art glass, and you are basically just paying for the glass, and getting the work of a skilled artisan for free. The photo is a good representation of the piece that I received. It is very heavy, which makes it a wonderfully stable, long stem vase, with the appealing shape of a pitcher.As a pitcher, this a poor choice because it is just too heavy to lift and have acceptable control, when you pour.Non the less, it is a stunning display piece, you might pay $400 to $800 at Needless Markup. The symmetry of the handle was not perfect on my item, but you have to examine it as a collector to notice, and come on, this is an increasable value, a beautiful piece, made by a very skilled artisan. You can proudly display it anywhere, and not be heartbroken if the kids or friends damage it. I bought it is a wedding present and liked it so much, I had to buy another for myself, to use as a vase.

I love this vase! The vase is a good size .. (15 inches tall) and makes a great decorative piece. If you like a contemporary style and appreciate hand crafted glass art, then you will especially like this piece. The colors are brilliant and it is much more beautiful in person then in the displayed picture. It has a unique look and you can definitely see that it has been hand crafted. Although it looks beautiful as a stand alone piece, it could easily hold a bouquet of flowers. It is thick glass and VERY heavy. As hand crafted glass can be very costly; you will find this vase is a great value for the price. Beautiful craftsmanship. Packaged very well. Extremely pleased.

The second I saw this vase while searching for vases for my wedding, I fell in love with it and planned on purchasing it even if I couldn't find a place for it at the wedding (although I did find a use/place for it after all!). At first, I thought the shipping was way too expensive, but then I got the package and it was certainly worth every penny. It came in bubble wrap, styrofoam that molded to the shape of the vase, and it was very tight in the box. Shipping was very fast, and I will certainly plan on purchasing more from this seller! The vase is really heavy and very high quality and absolutely stunning. I think it will definitely be a conversation piece at the wedding!

I ordered this vase as a wedding gift for a same sex couple. When I received it I was amazed at how beautiful it was and shocked at how heavy it is! I expected it to be smaller and lighter but this is a TRUE vase! It is well made, beautiful to look at and, like I said, pretty heavy. For the price that it offered at, it is a steal! Everyone I showed the vase to in advance of wrapping it was so blown away by it. I actually thought about keeping it for myself and ordering them something else! I have another wedding to go to next month and I will also buy this vase again or a similar one as a gift. Well worth the money!

I ordered 6 items from Luxury Lane, 2 each of 3 different pieces. In each case, one was perfect, beautiful, exactly as pictured except for minor variations in coloring, which are to be expected in handmade work. The second, of each item, was sloppily made. I'm not talking about minor variations, I'm talking uneven, lopsided, and wobbly. I initiated a return on the worst of them, and discovered that I would have to pay return shipping to send it back. The ones that are good, are very good and deserve a 5 star rating. However, if the vendor won't take back obviously defective merchandise at their cost, I can't give them a good rating.This experience explains why there are mixed reviews on all of these products.

Much prettier than pictured. It was bigger than I expected which was a good thing. Colors where vivid. It was much heavier than expected also to my surprise. I thought it might a more thin glass. I gave this as a gift to my friend. She loved it!!!! Great gift
