Worked Perfectly For My 2018 Toyota Highlander
Old one broke off after six years of hard use. Popped the old one off and popped this one into place and the rest is history. Works better than ever. Now my fuel door pops out literally all the way. Lol so much better than the OEM version and cheaper as well. Cheers 🍻

Worth the order
My 2020 Rav Hybrid is the work horse out of our cars. For those of you who are women who fill your own car, you are likely aware of how sketchy gas stations can be at odd hours. When our original gas tank clip broke we needed to ask others to help open the tank door (someone had to push the button, while the other popped the door). The replacement clip + an easy YouTube video fixed all of that hassle. Back to the hassle and bustle of carting kids and dog park trips.

Cure for your fuel door that won’t open.
This was just the ticket for my fuel door that wouldn’t pop open anymore. Propping up the door release lever and using a key to pull it out was getting old.

Worked well even on my 18 yr old Toyota Highlander
I was able to use this to get the gas filler door working again on a 2006 Highlander. I did have to spend a little more time on it than the videos you find on the internet show. The car is 18 years old so nothing is as easy as it sounds. I had to trim off a little bit of the plastic that goes closest to the hinge so I could get it in the opening. It was pretty simple. I just used a utility knife. I also had to pry a little bit of the metal to open up the gap. I blame the age of the car and what a gazillion open close cycles have done rather than this product. The door works well now. I am happy. Just be aware that an older door may need a little bit of fiddling.
