great
Feels strong enough for my husband to sit on and soft enough to full power throw back and forth with my eight year old, without injury. Worth it.

Good quality, easy to hold
This is a typical Pilates ball. The size is about 10 inches. The material and texture is specifically for Pilates not for kids' ball games. It is a little bit sticky. That is needed to hold the ball with your legs or other parts of your body. Overall, this is a good quality Pilates ball. Price is OK compared with what is on the market.

Great yoga ball!
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I ordered this. To my surprise it exceeded my expectations! It has been very supportive during my workouts. And bonus it’s a really pretty color. I would buy again and definitely recommend!

Daughter loves it
My 13 year old uses this yoga ball daily. She said it’s the perfect size for her. She does have to blow it up more often than she would. Other than that it’s a great addtiion to her workouts. It’s made really well and has held up great. She uses it outside and has accidently left it outside, even in rain and it has been just fine. Would reccomend this!

Also called a yoga or fitness ball, it has a neat non-slip quality that keeps it steady
This differs from your average kids playball in the finish of its surface -- specially designed to "stick" and not to slip. I first encountered these types of balls in my physical therapy when I had shoulder replacements done. I tried to use an old kids "playball", but it just wasn't the same as what was at the PT room. This IS exactly the same as in the PT room. This one is the smaller of two (or the middle of three) in size, with this one about 10 inches in diameter, and the larger ones about 22 or 24 inches in diameter (the smallest is not very common, and it's about 5 or 6 inches in diameter. So this one, in my opinion, is the right size for most balance and stretching exercises. The slightly tacky feel makes it easy to grasp, and to keep control of while doing movements in yoga or Pilates. This one, in a very light blue color, is soothing to look at. It was also very easy t inflate. So far, it seems to be holding its fill of air, although my technical mind was a bit skeptical of the size of the opening for inflating it, thinking it would easily expel the air I put in before I could get the plug installed. I was pleasantly surprised that it held the air well. Of course it is not super-inflated like a basketball or soccer ball would be -- just a few pounds of air pressure (maybe 4 or 5 psi).It FEELS nice against my back on the wall, or against the floor when doing exercises, and I can easily hold it in just one hand when doing extensions (and it is just there to maintain separation of the hands).Definitely a nice addition to my home physical therapy routines.
