Three Dog Tales: Old Yeller, Sounder, Savage Sam (Modern Classics)

Have read them years ago and so pleased to find £ good reads in one book, great value.

Loved it. My favourite picture was Old Yeller from when I was a child so loved reading the story. Savage Sam was also very entertaining and really gripped you. Sounder was something else again - I found it harrowing to read. That people could be treated so badly and inhumanely. The dog part to me was incidental as more of the story related to the poor family.
