I have to say that this actually seems to work for me. When I start sneezing or feel a tickle in my throat or something in my nose, I start using this product and my symptoms seem to resolve after a couple sessions (meaning, I use it two times at least in a row with time spaced apart as instructed). The wildest thing is that I honestly haven't gotten a full blow cold since I've been using this. This product has seemed to stop it from getting worse.It's not fair to compare, but just want to share my that I've tried a honey propolis spray in the past and that didn't work as well as this zinc spray. I really think zinc works at the start of any symptoms as some clinical studies have shown.I would say try this product and see what happens with yourself. I like the oral spray format because it's convenient. You just spray it 4x in your mouth, try to get it on the roof of your mouth, gums, side of inner cheeks, I'll use my tongue to spread it around (forgive me if that's gross to read). Then wait 15 seconds and swallow. Also, directions say don't take on an empty stomach and no citrus food/drink 30 min before AND after as well. After you spray, you can't eat or drink 15 mins after. I do follow the directions to a tee, so make sure to do this to get the best results.

Zycam is our go to when we get that feeling. Works every time.

Zicam came within 48 hours (24 I think) which is good since it's needed while the onset of a cold. Works great for me and my family.

Great product; too bad they discontinued it.

I love the zicam products, including this one. I find they work well to hold off impending illness IF you use them at the very first hint that illness is coming on. I carry zicam nasal swabs in my purse at all times. This spray I put in my work bag for when I start to feel the ick during a 12 hour shift. I used it a couple of times without problem, but the third time the spray pump wouldn’t work. It’s like when your hairspray gets clogged and the button pushes down but nothing comes out. Bummer, but oh well. Now I just take a tiny sip, swish, gargle and swallow. So far, so good. I’m surrounded by sick people at work but I’ve remained well and I give credit to this spray as a quick, easy and effective defense. I took one star because the delivery system failed.

Brought thisbecause everyone's getting a cold. I'm hoping that this helps so, but I don't get it and if I do it doesn't last long.
