Fantastic Turkish Tea Maker
Well I'm sure most of you by now have visit a Turkish Restaurant at some point in your life and been offered the complimentary Turkish Tea after your meal. Well this machine brings that Turkish Tea home. Great quality and very easy to use. The machine also has a speaker that speaks to you when your tea has been brewed or when the water its a boiling temperature. The bonus with this purchase for me was that I replaced my kettle, as this machine can also be used as a standard kettle. Win Win!!You won't regret your purchase, get those Turkish Tea's in!!!

Poor performance and quality
The media could not be loaded. Everything is plastic and poor quality, and the item is over priced. The buttom of 40degree doesn't work. The tea pot dosent stay hot even the kettle is on keep warm. The kettle head is very hard to remove, once its placed on. There is a recorded voice on the program and is very loud. First time its fun, but after an hour it gets on the nerve. A womans voice keep telling: “water is boiling”. “Lets brew some tea”I will not recommend neither based on the physical quality, performance and price.

Great product
If you want to use 40C, the water's degree blows 40C. I love that. Easy to clean. Big capacity for water and tea pot. It's look useful.

The top part of my tea pot was broken. Is there any way to get just the top part where you put the tea in it? Please help me with that.Many thanks

Not standing properly
The media could not be loaded. Try to make tea and test the product , it is moving all parts, top lid not fit properly and trying different ways, boiled water splash all over , dangerous , return.

Works fine but it is not practicat
I have used this now for a month to make tea. This is a short review of my experience using as a tea maker.It works fine to boil and make tea. Background voice in Turkish I have disabled it. I am happy with tea maker function in general. Three plus for functionality.But I gave this tea maker two minus: One for the tea pot water tank water level indicator. The indicator is useless. You can’t see the water level in the tea water tank, the indicator glass is too dark to be able to see what is going on there.The other minus is for the tea pot . It is not practical to hand wash it when the tea pot lid is not removable.
