Useful and Solid product
We have been using this for a year now every day from morning to night. It is still holding well, and is useful in that it keeps good amount of hot water for tea ready for instant use. I recommend this, but I do periodically maintain it as well by following its care instructions.

I received the replacement for broken parts, 6 pieces of teaspoon with partial gold accent, 20% discount and Replacement of broken valve handle. Looks great and I am happy. Will buy again from this vendor because of excellent customer service and quality product.

Auto Shut Off
Actually is good after 12 Hrs it turns off. Heat the water pretty fast.

Not What I Expected
this Samavar is okey but not for the price. It does not heat up the top tea pot, it only does up to 95 and thats it. Ive been using it for two days now and never seen the water boiling in there. I might return it if it countinies doing that.

Excellent quality. Boil full kettle in less than 10 min.Excellent design and look. Easy to clean with a simple wipe and outside don't get as hot to burn.Well made housing for the tea warmer kettle on top and strong build.Light to carry and easy to mighty up.By far the best so far.
