wrong color in a flame test
Whatever is in this bottle labeled barium does not burn apple green like it should if it were barium. It's burning a yellow orange and has no hints of green whatsoever. All the other chemicals I've used in flame tests using identical methods burn the colors they should, so that rules out user error.
