Mustard Plaster!! Like my Grandma used to use
I had Bronchitis- bad case. Was desperate. Tried many things- and sent for this as I remembered it was my grandmas solution for things. I was disappointed- not the same. I don't know if it helped or not. A bit messy- I guess I needed my grandma to put it on!

No adhesive tape to secure on the body or instructions for placement. Very small in size and chalky when wetted.Otherwise they work, but not great.

It's a joke
Read the instructions that was in English. Followed it, extra warm water, 32 sec. Placed it on my back. It didn't heat up. So I tried another one, water a little hotter. Waited for it to heated up. No such luck.Wasted of time and money.
