Don't see any difference
This formula is different than most anti-aging formulas I have tried that usually contain ingredients like resveratrol which is better known for anti-aging. I am famiiar with each ingredient in this bottle, though, and thought that if nothing else, during the winter it might help with immunity.So far, I'm not noticing any benefits from taking this but I'm not seeing side effects either, hence the three stars. I don't think I'd purchase it again but can see how some of the ingredients could be helpful to those who need an adaptogenic boost, or blood sugar or mood help.

Easy to swallow. Better mental focus better sleep no side effect & I have multiple sensitivities to things so am very careful. As a med professional I go natural at age 76 always open to new products to enrich life I only use 1 capsule twice a day but much better all way around. Good value! I recommend it.
