Perfect "Adult Sized" E-Bike for 1 or 2 People (Detailed Review)
After spending weeks going down a rabbit-hole of researching e-bikes, I finally landed on this one. I've had it for about 6 months now and have taken it on many trips. It has met "almost" every expectation I could have hoped for.Size:I'm 5'11" and this is a perfect fit for my height. I can sit on the bike with both feet slightly raised off the ground. My wife and I are around 330lbs combined and she fits on the back seat easily. The back seat and back foot pedals allow plenty of room for comfort riding as a couple. We've taken many trips together and the bike holds it's own quite well.Power:It doesn't have the most torque as other's I've tried. But for city driving I prefer the way it is. Acceleration is a bit more gradual which feels safer especially if riding with a passenger. Don't get me wrong though, it's got plenty of juice to give you the adrenalin rush if you want to floor it. The bike's speedometer shows I'm hitting of 30mph+ easily on flat roads although I haven't confirmed how accurate this is. I've driven it through neighborhoods with stop signs every other block, following cars with a 30mph speed limit, and have kept up just like I was driving a car.Comfort:This is a heavy bike with great shocks and seat padding. Keep in mind i typically use it on roads and sidewalks. It's very comfortable. My wife says the back seat is as well. I typically don't use the pedal assist very often, but I've tried it and it works well. It takes 1-2 seconds for the bike's power to kick in on pedal assist just fyi. Never found that to be an issue.Battery:Keep in mind it says up to 37 miles per full charge. I'd assume this is on the lightest pedal assist setting. It takes ~6-7 hours to fully charge from completely depleted. Once fully charged I can get roughly 18-20 miles solo riding on full electrical mode without pedaling. In the city, that's about 1.5 hours of riding. This is plenty of juice to run errands all over town. I also love the key lock feature to prevent theft and the fact that the battery is easily removable makes charging it that much easier.Tires:Love, love the big Fat Tires. They were a bit hard to get on the rims perfectly upon install, a lot of people have complained about getting them balanced right. However, I found a solution while putting them together which I'll explain below. Keep them under 20 psi for a more comfort ride that won't blow out the tires. I also added run-flat to both tires when installing them. Highly recommend doing the same. No blow outs and comfort ride for hopefully the length of the tires. I have had no issues since install.Brakes:This is my only knock. The brakes do stop the bike somewhat effectively. However, they were hard to get lined up perfectly on install. Took a few tries. Once they were lined up, I noticed they just don't hold the stopping power that other high-end bikes have. They may squeak a tiny bit which can be fixed. They're just a little below average for what this bike requires. I would recommend the manufacturer add better brakes as this is a heavy bike to bring to an abrupt stop. Again, small knock. But before spring I will be upgrading these brakes from a local store.Look:I wanted an all black motorcycle looking style e-bike and this fits that perfectly. It is sexy and gets looks and compliments whenever I'm on the road. They're have been complaints about the branding and stickers on the bike. Why manufacturer why??? It's perfect without any branding. Luckily with a razor blade or scraper, these come off. On the sides of the bike, I used black matte rust-oleum spray paint to cover up the branding that was painted on. Easy $5 cover up to get the look I wanted. Check out attached photos.Installation:If you aren't up for the challenge putting this together, then don't complain when it takes a little effort. From beginning to end of opening the box to ready to ride was ~5 hours, Yes I'm OCD when assembling anything. As others have mentioned, do not use there instructions. There is a step-by-step YouTube video that makes this super easy to do! It just takes time to make sure it's perfect.Quick helpful notes. The front fender is a little too large and can catch your feet when taking very sharp turns. Hopefully the manufacturer addresses this. Upon assembly I did not follow the videos location for where to bolt the support bar for the front fender. It's been awhile, but if I remember correctly there is a location where the support bar can mount either more forward or lower on the bike than where the video shows which pushes this fender up another inch or two away from your feet. After that adjustment, this is no longer a problem.Tires: Be prepared to take your time mounting these on the rim. 100% and I mean absolutely put run-flat into each tire before filling with air. This will prevent blowouts! Do not risk going without it. Also, I had the same issue as many others in that the tires seem too big to properly mount onto the rims. It's not the case. Don't worry about what others have said. It just take patience. I had to inflate, deflate, and inflate these multiple times moving around the tire around the rim until I found a video that shows rubbing standard liquid dish soap along the walls of the tire that fit inside the rim. After doing the dish soap trick, I reinflated and perfect!! Just be patient on this and don't give up. You'll eventually get them on correctly.Hope you like the review and find it helpful. Get a good helmet like the motorcycle one I have in the photos. This also was purchased on Amazon. Ride safe, have fun. You'll love this bike!!

Amazing Bike for the price range
This is the third ebike I've bought all around this price range and I have to say this one is hands down my favorite. I've driven it a little over 400 miles so far and I absolutely love it. It's fast it climbs hills like a dream. I will say that the batter life really depends on what power setting you have it on. I keep it at the highest setting (5) and get somewhere between 10 and 15 miles depending on hills and things like that. I've set it to the mid range (3) and you get vastly greater mileage out of it bit it's just to fun to go fast. The wheels are great they are solid and definitely worth considering over a tire with spokes that can be more flimsy when you ride it on rougher terain, however that means if you get a flat you are not going to be pusing this bike so i highly recomend (and honest it should be somethi g you keep with any bike) some basic tools and a batch kit or even a spare tube. That's another thing, fat tire bikes pick up way more stickers so upgrading to some thicker tires or some kind of puncture resistance is a must if you have a lot of stickers where you are from. Second recomendation is a good helmet. You are going to be going very fast on this thing, like if you are riding on the streets you will be matching the speed of traffic, so wear the proper gear.Over all great bike, I highly recomend it. If you get some saddle bags for it you will vastly improve your quality of life with this, if you are going to use it as a daily comuter like I do. Happy riding š

Customer service is trash
Directions were a joke. Looks like a 5 year old made them. Directions were from a bike slightly different but made a huge difference. Thankful for the people who take the time to make youtube videos. Customer service just said " make a video and email it to me " like that's going to solve the problem??

Tires
My son has had this bike for a few weeks now. Only problem we have had is that I have had to replace tires 2 times. I did read that this is frequently a problem with the fat tires and to put flat out in them. We have done this and so far so good.

Customer service is great
Got it delivered within 3 days of purchase! Bike runs great! Pretty cool looking as well! Fairly simple to put together took a bong toke and finished it in a hour! Had a few questions and Justin in customer service was so quick to respond to my emails! I live by the beach in SoCal so Iām looking forward to many beach cruises. The seat could be a lil more comfortable but the lights blinkers brake light horn are freaking awesome! I got a helmet as well better safe than sorry. Buy the bike you only live once
