I'd ordered this phone as a replacement for a spare phone that was no longer supportable for updates. I wanted a smaller format phone as the current trend for large format phones leaves them too bulky for me.I'm delighted with this model. It arrived promptly, in perfect condition and well packaged with minimal plastic to get rid of. I plan to upgrade the operating system on it to bring it up to date with security in mind.
